Privacy policy
Effective July 21, 2026
InFront gives you a public email address and forwards qualifying mail to an address you verify. This policy explains what information the service uses to do that.
Information we collect
We receive account details from the sign-in and social accounts you connect, including your name, profile identifier, profile URL, and public profile information. We store the forwarding address you provide, your delivery rules, prices, schedule, and product activity.
When someone emails an InFront address, we process the sender, recipients, subject, message content, headers, and attachments needed to classify, route, deliver, and protect that message. Payment providers send us transaction, payout-readiness, and payment-status information; InFront does not store full card details.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, verify forwarding addresses and public identities, filter and summarize inbound mail, deliver priority mail and updates, relay replies, process paid-attention requests, prevent abuse, and improve routing decisions from the preferences you set.
Verified views
For a paid-attention request, the sender can see whether the recipient or an authorized workspace member opened the authenticated full request and when that happened. Opening a normal forwarded email is not treated as a verified view. We do not disclose view status for unpaid messages.
Service providers and disclosure
We share data only as needed with providers that operate authentication, hosting, databases, email delivery, message classification, payments, and security. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as it is needed to operate the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted transport, hashed verification codes, and server-only credentials, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can change routing preferences, disconnect social identities, and deactivate your public address from your account. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@infront.email. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, payments, or legal compliance.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. The effective date above will show when the latest version took effect.
